SHIPPING RATES

BloomTown Flower Market ships within the continental United States. Shipping is free for orders of $200 or more. Orders below $200 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $11.95.

DAMAGES/RETURNS

Blooms/Greenery: Any flower damages or dissatisfaction should be reported with photos within 24 hours of purchase/receipt. Please note some flower purchases are final sale.

Retail: Items returned in-store will receive a full refund, store credit or replacement. Please contact the store within 5 days of receipt of goods to report shipping damages. BloomTown Flower Market requires photos of damaged goods. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning items through a courier, as well as providing tracking information.

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancelled or returned packaged order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
